National Harborside Skills Fair ✈️ 🌍

Our National Harborside Team took a trip around the world during this week’s Skills Fair and created an interactive learning experience for staff so our team members can stay informed, continue learning, and apply that knowledge to delivering exceptional care.

Each station represented a different destination and provided an opportunity to learn something new. To bring the theme to life, our leaders and instructors wore traditional attire to represent their heritage and add a meaningful cultural element to the experience.
