Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! Real talk: 2025 was a great year for the Leontios family and Lion. After burning the candle at both ends for several years, I took some time to step back and spend more time on my personal health. I know in my bones that I am at my best when I do not consume social media, hence why there was very little posting from Lion this past year. That being said I know that informational content is helpful and important to our followers, so one of the goals for Lion in 2026 is to provide more and consistent educational content throughout the year. Stay tuned and Wishing you WELLNESS and MOVEMENT for 2026

Happy 3rd Birthday Lion! Posting a day late because we took some time just to celebrate last night. Being able to provide my clients with the care they deserve while still getting to be present for these 3 was the goal for starting this business. Can’t believe it has already been 3 years. Thank you to my clients! By supporting my small business you have directly supported my family and I will be forever grateful!

We had a great time at the MS Walk Peoria this last Saturday. Thank you again to all our friends and clients that supported our team! The kids have asked if we can do this every year so look for us next year and we would love to grow the team and provide more support to find a cure for MS.
