🏀❤️ Making a Difference Through HOOPS for Healthcare 🏀❤️

The DCH Foundation is proud to share that proceeds from our HOOPS for Healthcare fundraiser were recently used to purchase a new electric tilt table for the CORE Center at Daviess Community Hospital.

The Tri W-G Electric Tilt Table is a motorized rehabilitation tool that helps patients safely transition from lying down to standing. It plays an important role in recovery for individuals recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, circulatory challenges, and those requiring weight-bearing therapy after prolonged immobilization.

This investment will help our rehabilitation team provide advanced therapy services that support patient mobility, strength, independence, and overall recovery.

🎉 Exciting News for Our Community!

We are excited to welcome Erin Collison as the leading practitioner of our renewed Hematology/Oncology Clinic starting January 2027! Erin has dedicated the past 8 years to serving patients and families at the DCH Health Pavilion and is deeply committed to the vision outlined in our “Reset. Rebuild. Renew.” strategic plan.

"Our goal is to expand access to high-quality healthcare services right here in our community," said CEO Justin D. Harris. "Erin's leadership and passion for patient care make her the ideal person to help guide this important next chapter."

The reopening of the Hematology/Oncology Clinic represents another significant step forward as DCH continues to strengthen healthcare services for the region and improve access to the care our patients need, close to home.

💙 If you are a patient of Erin Collison's through the DCH Health Pavilion, we will be contacting you in the coming weeks. Erin will continue practicing family medicine through the end of 2026 and exciting details about our current and new family providers, services, and schedules will be shared in the coming months.

🍿 Our DCH team is poppin’! 🍿

Our employees enjoyed a popcorn bar with movie theater popcorn, fun seasonings, and mix-ins for a sweet or salty treat.

September is Su***de Awareness Month, and our DCH team wore purple and teal to help raise awareness and show support. 💜🩵

These colors represent hope, compassion, and support for those who may be struggling, those who have lost someone, and everyone whose life has been impacted by su***de.

Together, we can remind others that they are seen, valued, and never alone.
