❤️Employee of the Month – May 2026❤️

Since joining CMHC in September 2025, our Fayette County caregiver has shown what true compassion and dedication look like. Faced with one of our most challenging clients—living with dementia and alcoholism—many struggled to provide consistent care. Yet through patience, kindness, and consistency, she built trust where others could not, and helped transform difficult behaviors into meaningful connection.

Her tremendously big heart and tireless work ethic shine through in every aspect of her caregiving. This recognition is more than a title—it’s a celebration of the impact she makes every day.

💜Employee of the Month – April 2026💜

Jennifer Bane is a dedicated, caring, and compassionate caregiver we can always rely on. Her calm demeanor, soft voice, and gentle touch reflect the kind heart she has. She doesn’t just provide care in the home—she manages every aspect of daily living for her clients. They depend on her, seek her guidance, and consider her part of the family.

Jennifer is their voice when they need someone to advocate for them and always puts her clients’ best interests first. She consistently demonstrates professionalism in her appearance, her documentation, and most importantly, the exceptional care she provides.

Though this recognition comes a little later than planned, our appreciation for Jennifer’s outstanding work remains just as strong. We are proud to celebrate her as our Employee of the Month for April 2026!🥳🥳
