Prairie Village Nursing & Rehabilitation, part of American Senior Communities, is a skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center in Washington, Indiana. Conveniently located on State Road 57 near U.S. 50, I-69 and Daviess Community Hospital, our community provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, respite care, and hospice care.

Our residents were all smiles when getting to enjoy some cotton candy! There were some sticky fingers and faces, but it was all worth it to enjoy this sweet treat! 😊

A group of our residents recently enjoyed a delightful excursion to Petersburg, where they visited The Fish Hut for a delicious lunch outing. Everyone enjoyed their food choices, and they are already eagerly looking forward to planning another visit to the restaurant very soon.

It’s National Dog Month, 🦮 and our residents recently had a visit from the cutest puppy. Winston brought a lot of smiles to everyone, and they loved his puppy kisses. 🐶
