🌸In it's 6th year, Harmony grew out of a shared love of live music & holistic modalities between Natalie Brown and Sarah Cram Driscoll (.driskull). Along with Emily Qual (), they are passionate about bringing together local sound practioners, musicians, yoga & somatic instructors, artists and mental health practitioners to facilitate a soul-nourishing weekend for Eastern Iowa!

Stepping onto one of my favorite soapboxes: The importance of teachers being students. 🧘‍♀️✨

3 of my biggest takeaways on the topic:

1. Refilling of my cup. I cannot pour from an empty vessel.

2. I'm always learning. Hearing different verbal cues and experiencing new transitions brings freshness and creativity to my own classes.

3. Keeps me right sized. No better than, no worse than. Just a yogi among yogis.
