Summer can feel surprisingly lonely.
When everyone else seems busy making memories, going on trips, or constantly surrounded by people, it’s easy to wonder why you feel disconnected instead of carefree.
If summer loneliness is showing up for you, try to focus less on what you think this season “should” look like and more on what genuinely helps you feel grounded and connected.
A few small things that can help:
☀️ Reach out to someone, even if it’s just a simple text
☀️ Create small routines that give your days structure
☀️ Spend time outside in ways that actually feel good to you
☀️ Limit comparison on social media
☀️ Remember that connection doesn’t have to be big or constant to matter
Loneliness isn’t a personal failure, and you’re not the only one feeling it.
