Dominic James Murray, passed away on April 28, 2026, in Wasilla, Alaska, at the age of 21. He lived a life marked by kindness, curiosity, and a deep love for the people and places that shaped him.

He was the kind of young man who approached life with determination and humility, and those who knew him appreciated his dependable nature and the quiet strength he carried with him. He was adventurous, thoughtful, and intelligent, qualities that were evident in the way he lived, the way he treated others, and the way he embraced the world around him.

Family meant everything to Dominic, and he was surrounded by many who loved him deeply. He is survived by his fiancée Cierra Gudmundson; his Mother, Jackie Bay; his brother, William Murray III; his Grandfather, Dave Bay; his Great-Grandmother, Muriel Glisan; his Aunt and Uncle, Jamie and Clay Randolph, and their children Kaylee and Peyton; his Uncle, Jason Bay, and his son Kyle; his Uncle, Joe Bay, and his children Karlee and Tyson; his brother, Dylon Bay, his fiancée Tyanda, and their children Ilyona and Adalyn; as well as numerous other cousins and family members who will carry his memory forward. He was also preceded in death by his Great-Grandfather, Terry Glisan, and his Grandmother, Sally Bay, both of whom held a special place in his heart.

Dominic especially cherished the simple, meaningful moments shared with loved ones. He loved family bonfires, where laughter and stories could stretch late into the evening. He was an avid dirt biker, finding joy in the thrill and freedom of the ride. He also loved fishing, especially when he could share that time with his family. Camping brought him peace and connection, and he valued any opportunity to be outdoors surrounded by the beauty of Alaska.

One of Dominic’s favorite sights was the northern lights, and he often spoke of them with wonder and affection. He would say, “Grandma Sally was watching over us and making it a beautiful night,” a sentiment that reflected both his tenderness and his enduring bond with those he had lost. His words revealed the depth of his heart and the way he found comfort in nature, memory, and family.

Dominic was known for being kind to others, and that kindness left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He had a gentle spirit that could brighten a room, and his presence brought comfort, laughter, and warmth. In his short life, he touched many lives in ways that will not be forgotten.

As Ralph Waldo Emerson once wrote, “To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.” By that measure, Dominic succeeded in the lives he touched through his love, his loyalty, and his generous spirit. Though his time here was far too brief, his memory will remain a treasured part of the hearts of his family and friends forever.

Paul Bryon Mosier, age 57, passed away unexpectedly while hiking with family and friends on April 25, 2026 in Palmer, Alaska.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 3 PM at Wellspring Fellowship, 2511 Sentry Drive, Anchorage, AK 99507. Arrangements have been entrusted to Legacy Funeral Home.

Paul was born in Springfield, Oregon on January 22, 1969, and was raised in Tillamook, Oregon. He graduated from Canyonville Bible Academy (High School) and attended Northwest Bible College. He moved to Alaska in 1998, and worked at Alaska Airlines Air Cargo for nearly 28 years. At the time of his passing, he lived in Palmer, Alaska with his wife of nearly 7 years, Monica Mosier. They attended Wellspring Fellowship in Anchorage, Alaska, where his Celebration of Life Service will be held. He loved to hunt, fish, and enjoyed all the things Alaska had to offer. His coworkers at Alaska Airlines describe him as an encourager that showed up to work every day with a positive attitude and desire to help anyone who needed it, physically and spiritually. He is truly missed in all areas.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Brown; his wife, Monica Mosier; his 3 stepchildren, Madison, Meaghan, and Evin; his 3 children, Chelsea, Alyssa, and Bryon; and 3 sisters, Quinell, Teresa, and Lisa, He left a legacy for these and many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.

He will be forever remembered for his love of God, Family, and Tillamook. He was a faithful follower of Jesus, and he was a faithful husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was a volunteer and leader in his church’s Trail Life Troop. He studied the Bible daily and lived his life as a witness and a worshipper. Paul didn’t know a single enemy, and once he met a person, they had a friend for life. He was also known for his love for all things Tillamook, as he had deep roots in the dairy community of Tillamook Creamery. Everyone that came into his path knew of his fondness for Tillamook’s cheese, ice cream, butter, and even Tillamook smoked meats, and he made many converts. It’s only fitting that we will serve light refreshments at his Celebration of Life service with Tillamook delights.
