Here’s what IS NOT BEING EXPLAINED 👇

Baby enters the world with cord blood 🩸 rich in stem cells…

meant to flow freely & repair tissues stressed during birth ✅

Low vit K at birth is absolutely NOT an error 🚨

It MEANT to keep blood fluid so those stem cells can actually reach where they’re needed ‼️

Then comes the first milk - colostrum ✨

Naturally higher in vitamin K.
Given orally.
Slow, gradual, biological🙏

But instead of letting that process finish…

✂️ Early cord clamping
🩸Up to 30% of blood volume gone
💉Synthetic vitamin K injected minutes after birth

No real conversation about timing.
No mention of oral options.
No breakdown of ingredients.

😡😤🤬

And what’s inside that shot?

💉Polysorbate 80 — linked to blood-brain barrier disruption
💉Propylene glycol - an industrial solvent
💉Benzyl alcohol - associated with newborn gasping syndrome
💉Sometimes aluminum - because why not

All to “fix” a natural system that already had a plan…

We turned the sun into the enemy.

Humans evolved under it for hundreds of thousands of years. It regulates your hormones, your sleep, your mood, your vitamin D, your mitochondrial function.

It is not a threat we narrowly survived. It is a requirement we evolved around.

And somewhere in the last few decades, an entire industry convinced us otherwise.

Avoid it. Cover it. Block it. Fear it. Never let it touch bare skin without a chemical barrier between you and it, as if sunlight itself is the pathology and not the millions of years of biology built to handle it.

This isn’t caution. It’s a fully manufactured phobia, and like most manufactured phobias, it created a market. A sunscreen industry worth tens of billions of dollars has zero incentive to tell you the sun was never the enemy. Its entire business model depends on you staying afraid of it.

But here’s what almost never gets said out loud: a tan is not damage. A tan is your skin’s adaptive response, melanin doing exactly what it evolved to do, building defence in real time as you’re exposed. It is the visible proof of a system working correctly, not a warning sign.

Vitamin D synthesis. Nitric oxide release that supports your cardiovascular system. Mood regulation through serotonin and endorphins that no SPF 50 will ever give you while you sit blocked from the sun entirely. None of that happens if your only relationship with sunlight is fear and avoidance.

The goal was never to avoid the sun. It was to meet it properly. Build exposure gradually. Let your skin do the adapting it already knows how to do. And support it while it works, instead of smothering it in something designed to stop the process altogether.

That’s what our ancestral tanning oil is built for. No chemical UV blockers fighting against your skin’s own response. Just nourishment, deep moisture, and the kind of support that lets your skin tan the way it was designed to: building resilience, not blocking it.

Stop fearing the sun. Start working with it.

Our tanning oil is in bio, ready for the season you’ve been told to hide from.

Dr. Brewer developed is well-known diet to help prevent and treat preeclampsia.

Now, I'm going to tell you right now that I am not an expert on the Brewer's diet.

From what I know, Dr. Brewer focused on protein, whole, nutrient-dense foods, adequate salt, and hydration to thirst.

The goals were:
1️⃣ High protein: (80 -100g/day) from meat, eggs, dairy, legumes, nuts, and seeds
2️⃣Higher calorie: often >2500/day
3️⃣Whole Grains: multiple servings of whole grains per day
4️⃣Dairy and Calcium Foods
5️⃣High focus on Vitamin A and Vitamin C-rich fruits and veggies
6️⃣Fats from butter, oils, avocado, and nut butters
7️⃣salting food to taste
8️⃣Drinking to thirst

Now, usually when I hear about people on this diet, all I hear is that they are doing "high protein" and that the goal of this diet is high protein....
..but I think it was so much more than that.

Brewer mentioned getting protein from a variety of sources...including eggs and dairy. Both of which contain forms of albumin (lactoalbumin and ovoalbumin). One of the Hallmarks of preeclampsia, and one of the causes of the pitting edema associated with it, is a drop in albumin. Albumin is a transport protein that moves hormones and antioxidants and helps to regulate osmotic pressure. By increasing foods with albumin, in a way, he was helping replace the Lost albumin

He encouraged consuming multiple eggs per day, along with milk and meat, which provided substantial choline intake. Some protocols recommend up to 6 eggs/day, providing 900 mg of choline from eggs alone... New studies show that higher maternal choline intake >900mg/day) in the third trimester reduces preeclampsia markers (sLFT1) by 30%.

Whole grains are high in manganese and many other minerals. Lower blood manganese is associated with preeclampsia across 18 observational studies, whereas higher blood manganese is associated with lower preeclampsia risk.

Calcium was also high in this diet. And we know through research that higher calcium intake in the first half of pregnancy is associated with a reduction of preeclampsia in later pregnancy.

He built a nutrient-dense pattern, not just a high-protein one, and I think we need to remember that as the world around us keeps pushing for ever-higher protein intake.
