Rise Above Recovery provides accessible, person centered behavioral health and substance use services through secure telehealth and community based supports across Alaska. We remove barriers for individuals in rural and remote communities and support clients navigating the justice system—including DOC, courts, probation, and parole. We honor the strengths and lived experiences of our clients and our team, recognizing that many Alaskans face complex challenges including trauma, addiction, rural isolation, and justice involvement. Our approach is trauma informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence based best practices for substance use and mental health treatment, delivered by highly trained clinicians and peer professionals through secure telehealth and community partnerships.
