If you are a member with us please know that we will NEVER text,call, or email you requesting any card number, receipt, or banking information. We will always do that face to face with you. If you receive anything disregard It immediately and please let me know so we can combat It. You can call or text me any time if you receive these messages

Hey everyone! Just want to check in and thank all of our loyal members for giving us a promising last part of 2020. We have been saving our earnings and have saved enough for some new equipment! Coming soon will be a brand new power rack that comes with many customizable attachments. Upon request we have also purchased a deadlift bar. Our next purchases will include stair and row machines. What would you like to see added to our gym this year?

Hey Everyone! Since we opened in 1997 we have offered corporate memberships and because of the limits we faced we could only manage a two businesses in Water Valley and the surrounding area. Well those days are finally over and we are ready to offer more to the community!

If the place you work at employees 10 or more people It is eligible. Here’s how they work

- The employer agrees to pay for its employee’s monthly membership fees at a discounted price if the employee visits the gym 5 or more times a month. If the employee does not reach the minimum amount of visits they will be responsible for their monthly fees at a discounted price. Billing will occur at the beginning of each month for the previous month.

- We we’ll keep up with the number of visits each employee has and bill accordingly.

- each member will have 24 hour access to the gym.

So if you work somewhere that employs 10 or more people , and you think they may be interested in doing this please contact me and I will get in touch with the business and try to work something out!

Hey everyone! Great news!!

The gym will officially re open on Thursday September 17, 2020

If you have not already come in and re signed up you can come by anytime before and after Thursday during regular business hours.

Also:
If you have already generated a barcode on your app that’s great, but we still need to assign the barcode to your profile. So far I am the only one who has a barcode assigned to their profile , so stop back by to finalize your membership as well.

Thank you to all of our members who have waited patiently for us to re open. We are looking forward to getting back in shape with you!

Hey everyone!

*Update*

I know it’s been a long wait and I promise we are so close to re opening. Like waiting on a small electronic part for our new system to be delivered and installed close. When the part comes in I will announce It on Facebook and in the newspaper and the doors will be open to our active clients the day we announce. We now will have a barcode scanner at the front door for access to the building after business hours, and we will have another barcode scanner at our front desk for anyone who wishes to work out during business hours. The days of signing in at the front desk are over but you will be required to scan in to work out. All clients will be given a unique barcode that will be programmed to them and you can get that two different ways. The first way is having a gym card with the barcode printed on It. If you don’t have a smart phone or simply wish to have a hard card you will need to come in and let us assign you one. Those also are out for delivery. The second way is through our free new MOBILE APP that is available in apple and android stores!!!

I will provide a link for that below. If you have already come in and signed up and also set up your usernames and password (which you will receive an invitation to do through email when we plug you in our system) you will be in our system and have a member ID number which you will need to get from us. When you download the app you will use the username and password you created to sign into our gym app. From there you will see a barcode button in the top left corner. Tap that and it will ask for your member ID to generate a barcode. Those numbers are only accessible through our front desk so you will need to call down or message us on Facebook to get your number to type in. After your barcode has been generated we will have to scan your barcode to fully activate it.

We are looking forward to all of you enjoying the improvements and changes that we’ve made. And just know this is only the first step!
