🌅 One of the easiest ways I've found to support my nervous system doesn't involve a supplement, a fancy biohack, or a huge lifestyle change...
It's how I wake up.
Instead of being startled awake by a blaring alarm, I wake up to a gradual sunrise. As the room slowly fills with light, my brain begins recognizing that it's morning before my alarm ever makes a sound.
Science tells us that light is one of the strongest signals for regulating our circadian rhythm. It helps reduce melatonin, supports alertness, and may even lessen that groggy, "please don't make me adult today" feeling. 😊
As someone who's passionate about helping people regulate their nervous system, I'm always looking for simple tools that work with the body instead of against it. This has become one of my favorite morning rituals.
