This year's Christmas celebration centered around a pot roast as the main course, and for New Year's, we have planned a pepper steak and rice dish. Our group is made up of selective eaters and those eagerly anticipating the meal, so we will have to wait and see if the selective eaters will appreciate it. Happy New Year. They loved the roast so I'm guessing they will love this too
