Important Office Update/

Lindy Tommasin’s last day at Cedar Valley Primary Care will be Friday, August 14. We wish Lindy all the best in her future endeavors.
Due to this staffing change, beginning Friday, August 21, our office will close at 12:00 PM on Fridays.

To help us provide the best possible care and minimize wait times, we strongly encourage patients to call ahead if you need an urgent or same-day appointment. Our staff can often recommend an appointment time that will get you seen more quickly. Please note that scheduled appointments are given priority over walk-in visits, and calling ahead helps us better manage patient flow and reduce wait times for everyone.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued trust in our team as we work through this transition. If you are ever having difficulty getting an appointment as soon as you feel is needed, please don’t hesitate to ask to speak with one of our nurses. We may be able to help identify additional scheduling options based on your medical needs.

Congratulations to our Abby! 🎉

Last night, Abby celebrated a huge milestone as she completed her first year of nursing school and participated in her pinning ceremony. She will take her boards this summer to earn her LPN, and then head back to school this fall to continue working toward her RN.

We are so proud of all of her hard work and dedication. We’re also thankful she’ll continue helping our team at the front desk and assisting with patient care along the way.

Congratulations, Abby — we are so happy for you and excited to watch your nursing journey continue! ❤️

Last week was Administrative Professionals Day. We were so busy at the clinic, we neglected to recognize our gals. Thank you to Abby, Amanda, Becky, and Kelly. Our office and patients are truly blessed with the BEST !!!

Due to a significant increase in established patients and the recent loss of a provider, the Waterloo office will be updating its walk-in services to better serve all patients and maintain quality care.

Effective June 1, the Waterloo location will offer walk-in appointments for established patients only. This change is necessary to help manage patient volume, support our staff and minimize disruptions to scheduled appointments.

The Parkersburg office will continue to accept walk-in patients as usual.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide the best possible care to our communities.
