💚 Today reminds us that taking care of yourself matters- mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Sometimes wellness starts with something simple: creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

✨ Light incense and create an atmosphere that feels peaceful and welcoming.
💎 Choose a crystal or gemstone whose traditional meaning connects with the intention you want to carry.
🕯️ Light a candle and give yourself a few quiet minutes.
📓 Journal, meditate, reflect, or simply unplug for a while.

Metaphysical wellness can be as simple as making room for yourself: slowing down, tuning in, and creating small moments that support a more mindful way of living.

This World Mental Health Day, stop into Studded With Love and explore. Find what speaks to you and create a wellness practice that feels like your own. 💚

☄️ LOOK UP TONIGHT, CEDAR VALLEY! ✨

The Draconid Meteor Shower peaks tonight, October 8- a great night to step outside and see what the sky has in store. 🌌

What makes the Draconids a little different? You don't have to stay up until midnight 🙌; they're best viewed in the evening, around 7–10 p.m., with the predicted peak around 8 p.m. for our area.

☄️ The Draconids occur when Earth passes through debris left behind by Comet 21P/Giacobini-Zinner, named for the constellation Draco the Dragon, where the meteors appear to radiate from.

For your best chance of spotting one, find a darker area away from lights, give your eyes a few minutes to adjust, and look up! No telescope needed!

Grab a blanket, your favorite crystal, and enjoy a little October magic in the night sky. 💎🍂✨ Happy stargazing!

🖤 CRYSTAL & HERB OF THE MONTH — OCTOBER 🌿

October calls for something a little deeper. That's why this month, we're pairing Black Obsidian with Sage.

🖤 Black Obsidian has long been associated with grounding, protection, and bringing hidden things to the surface.
🌿 Sage carries a long history of ceremonial use, often tied to cleansing, wisdom, and creating intentional space.

Together, they feel like the perfect match for the season: one holds steady and grounded, the other clears the way. As the days grow shorter and we naturally spend more time indoors, this pairing is a lovely way to bring a little more intention into your space.

Keep your Black Obsidian somewhere meaningful to you, and weave sage into your practice in whatever way feels right.

Curious about either one? Stop in and explore them for yourself. 🖤

Your nighttime routine doesn’t have to start with scrolling.

Try swapping a few minutes of screen time for something a little more intentional:

🕯 Light a candle.
📓 Write down one thought from the day.
💎 Hold a favorite crystal.
🌿 Burn incense or enjoy a calming scent.
✨ Take a few slow breaths.

It doesn’t have to be elaborate; just something that helps you shift out of the day.

Need a few tools to make your evenings feel more intentional? Stop in and build your own routine. We'll be open tomorrow from 11am-6pm 😉
