This year it's extra special: the Moon will pass through a partial lunar eclipse as well, making the energy feel even more amplified and reflective.

There's a difference between just lighting a candle and lighting one on purpose.

Before you strike the match, sit with it for a second. What do you actually need right now? Maybe it's space for something new. Maybe it's letting go of something you've been carrying. Maybe it's nothing more than a quiet evening to yourself, and that's more than enough reason.

Write it down if you want to. Take a few slow breaths. Light the candle. Then just... stay there for a few minutes. No phone, no rushing. Let it be simple.
