Tonight, I took a walk.

I noticed the sweetness of the pine trees and the bean fields.
The nighthawks moving through the evening sky.
The feeling of the ground beneath my feet.

And for a moment, there was nowhere else I needed to be.

Just here. Present.

Sometimes returning to yourself doesn’t require a big transformation.

Sometimes it happens in the quiet moments when you slow down enough to notice what’s around you, and what’s happening within you.

When you give yourself permission to release what no longer serves you, you make space to meet who you are becoming.

A reminder I needed tonight, and maybe one you need too:

I am strong.
I am resilient.
I am worthy.

And so are you. 🤍

The work isn’t about never feeling triggered, hurt, or overwhelmed again. 🤍

It’s about becoming aware of what’s happening within you, getting curious about what’s coming up, and giving yourself grace as you move through it.

Healing is a practice. Self-awareness is a practice. And we’re allowed to be human through all of it.

I’ve been a little MIA over here this summer. 🤍

Sometimes life asks us to put our energy in different places for a while, and this summer, that’s exactly what I needed to do.

Osprey Rising may have been quiet, but it has never been far from my heart. 🪶

As summer begins to wind down, I’m feeling ready to pour some of my energy back into this space—and I’m so excited to start creating again.

I have some ideas beginning to take shape, and I can’t wait to gather with you again for sound, connection, and a little space to simply be.

Osprey Rising was born from my own journey of returning to myself, and my hope is to create experiences that offer others a chance to slow down, reconnect, and remember who they’ve always been.
