Have you ever felt emotional during/after a foot zone session?

The body can hold memories. As we work with the reflexes in the feet, sometimes emotions are released from cellular memory.
➡️ This is part of healing.

A good cry 😭can activate your parasympathetic nervous system,
which ➡️ calms your body and ➡️helps release stress, it also ➡️helps reset the feel-good chemicals like oxytocin and endorphins that reduce pain and promote relaxation. 😍
It also can ➡️help flush stress hormones like cortisol, which helps clear excess tension from your system.

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
One of the first times I had my feet worked on- I left that session and just cried 💦💦 as I drove home. There was so much healing in those tears. ❤️

No particular reason that I knew of in that moment - but it was such a release of emotions that were clearly ready to be let go…👀👀👀

If you’ve never been in OR it’s been awhile-or if you need release from stress…💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦

Maybe foot zone therapy is the next step in your health journey….

What if it’s the very thing you’ve been missing⁉️

What if we could look at your eye and get some important information so you knew the best way to take care of your unique body?

Iridology is the study and observation of the colors, patterns, structures, and other visible characteristics of the iris for the purpose of assessing constitutional tendencies and patterns of health within the body.

It is a non-invasive wellness assessment. Nothing touches the eye, and the process is generally performed by observing or photographing the iris.

An iridologist does not use the iris to medically diagnose disease. Observations are interpreted according to the iridology model and may be used alongside conversations about nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
👀 Simple and informative for your health! 😊😊

➡️ For example- in the photo below-⬇️⬇️ we can see that this person may need to work at:
✅supporting her lymphatic system.
✅She may have some joint pains or aches.
✅She may also likely need digestive support.
✅I’d also ask some questions about her immune system and lungs or breathing.
➡️ so many interesting things we can discuss!
➡️That’s where you’ll get some great suggestions on how you can take the best care of you. We can work together so you can live and feel your best.

💥Monday October 5th💥

Are you looking for REAL answers and solutions to some of your health concerns?

Do you need Peace in your Health and in your Life⁉️⁉️

👀 Life can get so chaotic and it can take a huge toll on your body, your mind and your emotions.

Each month I’m going to be offering a class to help educate you on health. I’m calling it:

“The PEACE PROJECT”

➡️ I’ll be sharing things I’ve learned in my schooling as well as what I have discovered in my own personal healing journey.

This series of classes are very meaningful to me because these are the areas that have really helped me along my own health journey and I know they may relate to you or your loved ones. I hope you decide to attend some of them 😊

➡️The first one starts Monday Oct 5 @12.

Some future topics are: ⬇️

✅The Lymphatic System
✅The Nervous System
✅God’s Will For Your Life
✅Nutritional Deficiencies and Dis-ease
✅Digestive Health
✅Are You Walking in your Purpose?

The first one will cover spiritual roots of disease and is the basis for all other classes so you’d have to attend that one prior to any other but I will offer that several times- in person and on zoom.

Classes are for clients only so you must have been in at some point in the past five years.
Most will be on a free/donation basis but some may have a fee that will be paid upfront when registering.
Seats are limited-in my office- so
🛑REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Text 605-520-1210 or message me to save your seat! I will get back with you to confirm.

I look forward to all of these and hope to see you as we continue to learn, heal and grow together!

➡️➡️ COMMENT below on future ones you might want to attend or message me with a SUGGESTED topic you might like to see!

Holistic Health Consultations

09/25/2026

I haven’t shared this on FB publicly but this has been a two year project for me.

At the end of April I completed my CHHP-my certification as a

Holistic Health Practitioner.

A few of the courses in my program were:

✅Functional Assesments
✅Advanced Naturopathic Techniques
✅Internal Conditions-like parasites, yeast and mold
✅Maintaining Clean Energy
And more…

➡️ I’ve been working on this for a while and it’s been a labor of love- I just had not announced it here because I wanted to be sure I would use it in just the right way and i feel like the timing is right…

So what does that mean for you⁉️⁉️
I’ll be sharing on a video this weekend how you can benefit!
