Join us for a fun, hands-on Coping Kit Workshop designed especially for kids ages 8–11.

🎨 Kids will:
✨ Learn simple coping skills
🧰 Create their very own personalized Coping Kit
🧘 Practice calming and self-regulation strategies
🎉 Have fun while building skills they can keep using long after the workshop!
