A Sweet Morning at Our Strawberry Bash!
Our residents had a wonderful time at this morning's Strawberry Bash, celebrating the flavors and fun of summer with good friends, great music, and delicious treats!

Ruth had everyone singing along to favorite songs while she played the guitar, filling the room with music, laughter, and plenty of smiles. Residents enjoyed reminiscing, tapping their feet, and joining in on the fun.

We were also fortunate to have Arlene teach us how to make a simple and tasty no-cook strawberry jam. Everyone enjoyed learning the recipe, helping prepare the ingredients, and sampling the sweet homemade jam.

Between the music, fresh strawberries, homemade jam, and wonderful company, it was a delightful morning full of fun, friendship, and summer cheer. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special!

Residents had a wonderful time this afternoon during our Flower Arranging program with Ernie! Everyone enjoyed creating colorful "Sundae Cup Bouquets," arranging fresh flowers in charming sundae-style cups that looked almost good enough to eat.

The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and creativity as residents selected their favorite flowers and designed unique floral creations. It was a fun and relaxing social activity that allowed everyone to express themselves while enjoying each other's company.

Thank you, Ernie, for another enjoyable afternoon filled with beautiful flowers, friendship, and fun!

Our residents stepped into the colorful world of cartoons during a special Cartoon Making Workshop! 🎨✏️

Inspired by classic favorites like Popeye and Olive Oyl, residents enjoyed drawing familiar characters, adding their own creative twists, and sharing plenty of laughs along the way. The workshop sparked memories of Saturday morning cartoons while encouraging creativity, socialization, and artistic expression. It was wonderful to see everyone’s imagination come to life on paper as they created unique masterpieces and celebrated the timeless fun of cartoon art!
