Hello! Summer is flying by and each week it feels like it's going faster and faster! I do have a couple available appointments this week if you're wanting to slow down for a little while (7/14 @ 8:00 a.m. 60 Min, 7/17 @ 9:00 a.m. 60 Min) After that my first available will be on the 27th. Reach out ASAP if you want to snag 1 of the 2 availabilities this week.

HELLO! I hope everyone is doing amazing! Sorry for the long pause in posting things have been crazy (as I'm sure they have been with most of you as well). I just wanted to reach out and let everyone know that with summer there is an update in my availability! I will now be in the office an hour earlier than previously on Mondays and Tuesdays so I will be in at 8:00! I'm hoping this will help accommodate the crazy busy summer schedules that always seem to happen. Reach out and lets get you booked!

3 years ago today I embarked on this journey that I had to trust God more then I had previously. I had the incredible opportunity to start something I had dreamed of for 18 years at that time. Being self employed has offered so many opportunities that I could only dream of previously. Thank you will never be enough for the love and support I've received from so many. Thank you to my clients who have trusted me to help you in various ways throughout the last 3 years! Here's to many more years being able to do what I love and help even more people.

Hello everyone! I wanted to share something super exciting I've decided to do! In order to give back during the holiday season, between now and December 15th I'm taking nominations for a free 60 minute massage gift certificate!
