East Coast Audiology and Physical Therapy, DBA Watertown Audiology PC s a privately-owned practice that was founded in 1999 by Dr. Sarah Grimshaw-Sugden, Au. She formed the practice to meet the rapidly growing need for professional hearing and hearing aid care in Central and North

ern New York. We continue to expand our services and opened Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center – Watertown in October 2017. The practice, led by Dr. Joel Grimshaw, PT, DPT, is the first center in Northern New York to focus exclusively on balance, dizziness and concussion issues while combining hearing and physical therapy experts. In October 2018, we continue to grow with the opening of Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center – Fayetteville.

Meet Dr. Allan Litterio, PT, DPT.
Dr. Litterio has served for 20 years in the Army Reserves as a 65B Physical Therapist and currently serves in the Army Reserves today. He also served as the Commander of the 423rd Medical Detachment in Niagara Falls, NY.

His commitment to caring for others through both military service and patient care reflects the compassion, leadership, and dedication we are grateful to have within our ECAPT family.
