📍 Center-Based ABA Therapy in Oakville, CT
🕘 Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
✨ Additional afternoon and weekend sessions available for those interested in picking up extra hours!

💰 Starting at $22/hour

Qualifications:

* Experience working with children
* At least 60 college credits in a related field OR willingness to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 6 months of hire
* Passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed
* Reliable, patient, and eager to learn

Meet Rise Above’s New Clinical Director — Heather! 💙

Heather brings over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, with a strong background across school, center, and home-based settings. Her depth of knowledge, clinical expertise, and passion for helping individuals with autism make her an incredible addition to our leadership team.

Fun fact — Heather was the founder’s supervising BCBA 9 years ago, making this a truly full-circle moment! ✨
