Meet the Team: Vikki, Medical Receptionist! 🌟
If you’ve visited our clinic, you’ve likely been greeted by Vikki! We asked her a few questions so you can get to know the person behind the friendly smile at the front desk.
What do you love most about your job?
"Helping patients! While the days can be challenging, the good days definitely outweigh the bad—especially because I get to work with such a fabulous team. I’ve made some great friends here."
What is the most rewarding part of your day?
"It’s rewarding to know I’ve played a small part in helping someone when they aren't feeling their best. Whether it’s a quick smile during check-in or ensuring everything runs smoothly, I want every patient to feel cared for."
When you’re not at the clinic...
You can find Vikki relaxing with her family! She is a proud grandma who says a simple "I love you" from her grandbabies eases everything. Outside of work, she loves reading thrillers, knitting, binge-watching Blue Bloods, and taking trips to Lake Puckaway with her husband. She’s also a fan of a good thrift store find!
