REMINDER: There is a free Prepared Childbirth Class from 4-7 p.m. this evening at Samaritan's Car-Freshner Center for Women and Children.

This class helps prepare you for a birthing experience at the hospital, offering relaxation techniques, pain management options, an understanding of the laboring process, and an overview of how this all works together with your personal expectations. ✏️🍎The first day of school is a very exciting time for students and their families. Before you capture that first-day-of -school moment, and post it on social media, think about what is in the background and what is written on your First Day of School sign.

DO:
✅Take photos in a safe, private location.
✅Use a nickname or no name at all.
✅Keep the background simple and free of identifying details

DON'T:
🚫Photograph in front of your school, street signs, or house numbers.
🚫Include your child's full name, age, grade, teacher's name, or school name.
🚫Share details that could identify where your child goes to school.

Protecting your child's privacy is protecting their safety. Please share responsibly!
