💙 At the Mental Health Association Drop-in center and peer advocacy program, we believe no one should struggle alone, and are coming together with the community to help to break the stigma 💙

💚 During Mental Health Awareness month and beyond. We celebrate the importance of kindness, connection, self care, and community support 💚

💙 Our drop-in center provides a safe and welcoming space where individuals can find support, resources, friendship and hope 💙

💚 Together we can build a community where everyone feels seen, heard, valued and supported. Thank you to the MHA staff and members by putting the display together and reminding everyone that you are NOT alone, and hope starts here 💙
