I spent most of last year, growing a sweet little surprise.
I continued teaching regular hot yoga and pilates classes until 37 weeks pregnant, then went on to have the most beautiful, fastest birth center birth ever.
We arrived at 4am, baby was born by 7am, and Mama and Baby were home snuggled in bed by 11am.
Talk about an out of this world experience.
It's so amazing what can happen when we release expectations, sum trust the process, and surrender to what we KNOW we were made for.

As we come to the end of 2024,
I gotta be really real with y'all. ✨

There are only a handful of you still on my socials (that is intentional), who know the dark depths to which I had fallen in another life of mine, to become who I am today.

Some of you may remember the hot mess express I used to be as I navigated so many different healing modalities following two traumatic brain injuries I experienced in 2008+2012, studied and completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (while pregnant with my 3rd child), apprenticed with Shaman's and practiced energy healing. Some of you know the history of the Phoenix, that I had permanently placed on my body, as a symbol of the flames I had to walk through, and reborn through. (This has nothing to do with religion.) I had to severe connections with some of my blood relatives who had nothing but negative things to say about my life. My husband and I literally packed up our family (of 6 at the time) and moved 2000 miles away from our old life's to create something brand new and beautiful. The intention is to continuously create a life I love and don't need a vacation from.

There are some people that simply think I "make it look easy" and say things like "I'm so jealous, you look so good" or something of the like. I humbly smile, and shrug it off and make a joke to make light of the situation. But really, the situation is huge. I had a massive realization so many years ago, that I was going to be the one who saved myself. As I weighed in around 285 lbs, struggling with insulin resistance and PCOS, I have FOUGHT for this version of me and I am so unbelievably proud of the distance I've come.
I am fully aware of the ways I have alchemized and transmuted energy in my life, and it is such an absolute honor and privilege to have this opportunity in this beautiful, brand new studio, to show up as my most authentic self. The life I live today, is literal, actual manifested dreams I have prayed on.
& It's just going to keep getting better from here. When you do what you love, and love what you do, you never work a day in your life.
