💙 We’re upgrading to serve you better! 💙

There are some exciting improvements happening at Water’s Edge Therapy, Inc.

Our Waterville location is getting a few important upgrades, including new fire & emergency lighting and an updated security system!

As a reminder, our office is typically closed on Fridays, and our main office will also be closed Monday for all face-to-face appointments while this work is completed. All affected clients have already been notified. ♡

And we’re not done yet! 👀 Some outside building improvements are coming soon, too. We’ll keep everyone updated as those projects get underway.

We appreciate everyone’s patience while we continue investing in our space, our safety, and the people we serve. 💙🌊

FARMINGTON UPDATE — WE’RE GETTING CLOSER! 🌊

If you’ve been following along, you know we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to bring Water’s Edge Therapy’s second location to Wilton Road in Farmington!

And we’re excited to say… things are really starting to come together! 🎉

Since our last update in July, we’ve continued working on all those final details that turn an empty space into a place that feels like Water’s Edge. From the office spaces and finishing touches to signage, security, and all the little details in between — we are getting closer every day! 🏠💙

Our tentative opening date September 21, 2026, and we are working hard to make sure that when we open our doors, the space is ready to provide the same compassionate, quality care our clients and community have come to expect from Water’s Edge Therapy.

❤️ FREE THERAPY OPPORTUNITY ❤️

We’re excited to share a special opportunity from Water’s Edge Therapy, Inc. for individuals and families in our community!

Beginning in September, we will welcome three clinical practicum students who will be with us for 10 weeks as part of their clinical training. As part of their practicum experience, we are able to offer up to 10 FREE therapy sessions for both adults and children.

This may be a great opportunity for someone who:
✨ Could use some extra support right now
✨ Doesn’t have insurance or has limited coverage
✨ Has a child who could benefit from someone to talk to
✨ Is navigating a difficult season of life
✨ Would benefit from short-term therapy without the financial barrier.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY!

These services are provided as part of a supervised clinical education experience. Practicum students receive ongoing clinical guidance, consultation, and oversight from both the Water’s Edge Therapy clinical team and their university’s clinical supervision team.

Please note that sessions will be recorded for educational and clinical supervision purposes, with appropriate consent obtained before participation. Recordings will be reviewed by the appropriate clinical teams and disposed of following the review.

🎉UPDATE — We're Putting the Finishing Touches on Our Farmington Location! 🎉

We are incredibly excited to continue making progress on our second Water's Edge Therapy location on Wilton Road in Farmington**! 💙

As we prepare to welcome clients, we've made the decision to push back our tentative opening date to allow additional time for the final details that will make this space truly ready for those we serve. This includes completing our building signage, finishing the office setup, installing security systems, and ensuring every space is welcoming, functional, and ready for quality care.

✨ **Our new tentative opening date is September 15, 2026.**

While our doors are not yet open for in-person services, we are currently accepting self-referrals for our Farmington location for:

By beginning the referral process now, we'll be able to connect individuals with services as soon as the office officially opens.

Exciting Update from Water's Edge Therapy!

Our new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is officially here, and implementation is well underway! As we continue transitioning to our new system, we're asking all clients to take a few minutes to complete their enrollment if you haven't already.

Please check your email for your **Welcome Email** from your provider and follow the prompts to activate your account. Enrolling now will allow you to securely access your client portal, complete paperwork electronically, communicate with your provider, and help us provide a more streamlined experience moving forward.

As part of this transition, we are also converting our paper records to electronic records. During this process, medical records requests may experience delays of up to 30–60 days while archived files are securely relocated and integrated into our new system.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this exciting upgrade. These improvements will enhance communication, increase efficiency, strengthen the security of your health information, and improve your overall experience with Water's Edge Therapy.
