Timothy Higgins dedicated his life to serving others, as a devoted husband and father, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, and for 16 years as a proud member of the Schenectady Police Department. His compassion and integrity touched countless lives, while his greatest joy was always his family, especially cheering on his children and sharing every milestone with them.

We extend our deepest sympathies to Lisa, Timmy, Ryan, Emilia, and the entire Higgins and Polsinelli families during this unimaginable loss. Please keep them, along with Tim's friends and fellow officers, in your thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.
