Thank you to everyone who shared the water with us this summer! We are so grateful for the friendships we’ve built over the years and the new friends we made this year. We hope you have a wonderful off-season and we can’t wait to see you next summer!

This handsome boy came by after class to help us put boards away! His official job with standup and flow is to “be cute” and he nailed it and is getting raise 🐶🫶🏻

Just because the night paddle isn’t a yoga class doesn’t mean yoga isn’t happening. You can take the yoga out of the night paddle, but you can’t take the yoga away from the night paddlers 😂😍

We teamed up with, Visit Lake County, Illinois, Illinois and Standup and Flow for a perfect summer day activity on Bangs Lake at Lindy's Landing.🏄‍♀️
