The difference between me then in my late 20s and me now at 51 has less to do with physical weight and more to do with emotional and spiritual freedom. I am free from condemnation, low self-esteem, and not feeling worthy or valuable. I know who I am and whose I am. God loves me and I am His beloved. This belief affects how I treat myself and those around me because I realize He loves you just as dearly.
