Commonheart Home Health and Hospice had a wonderful time at the Rock County Senior Fair! Chaplain Tom and Director of Bereavement and Volunteer Services Laura Bruce had the opportunity to connect with community members, share information about our services and volunteer opportunities, and reconnect with people who have used our services in the past.

We had an incredible day last week! The 2026 Commonheart Sporting Clay Shootout brought together an incredible group of participants, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners for a day of friendly competition and support for the Commonheart mission.

Thanks to everyone who joined us at Milford Hills and helped make this year’s Shootout such a success. From the sporting clay competition to the prize raffle, gun raffle, and Bourbon Pull, it was a wonderful day made possible by the generosity of so many.

We’re excited to share a few photos from the event and look back on the moments that made the day special. Most importantly, we are grateful to share that the 2026 Shootout brought in over $180,000 in support of Commonheart Hospice! These funds help support programs like Last Wishes and Because We Care, providing additional resources and support for hospice patients, their families, and our dedicated caregivers.
