A place to visit. A place to remember. A legacy that lasts for generations.

When choosing cremation for a loved one, keeping their remains at home may have felt like the most comforting choice. But as time passes, have you considered what that decision means for future generations?

Creating a permanent place of remembrance gives your family, friends, children, and grandchildren somewhere to visit, reflect, and feel connected to the person they love. It's a meaningful way to ensure their memory lives on for generations to come.

This Saturday, October 17th, Restlawn Memorial Park is proud to recognize the first-ever National Cremation Placement Day, a day dedicated to helping families honor their loved ones through permanent memorialization.

Every life has a story worth remembering.

Restlawn Memorial Park is proud to celebrate the first-ever National Cremation Placement Day on Saturday, October 17th.

This inaugural day of remembrance brings families and communities together to honor the lives of those we've lost, reflect on cherished memories, and create a lasting place for their stories to be remembered.

We warmly invite families who have chosen cremation to bring their loved ones' cremated remains and join us in recognizing the importance of a permanent place of remembrance.

Whether you're honoring a recent loss or remembering someone who has been gone for years, this day is an opportunity to come together, reflect, and celebrate the lives that have touched our hearts.

Join us on October 17th as we begin a meaningful new tradition of remembrance at Restlawn Memorial Park.

A gentle reminder that Restlawn Memorial Park’s annual fall cleanup will occur on October 15.

Please remove all decorations from memorials prior to October 15 and refrain from replacing them for a few weeks afterward. This gives our grounds team the time and space needed to complete cleanup and prepare the park for the winter season ahead.

Any decorations that remain after cleanup begins will be gathered by our staff and held for two weeks before being disposed of.

If you have any questions about the fall cleanup process, please contact our office directly. Thank you for helping us care for and maintain the park!
