Nothing beats a summer evening spent with an incredible team and the people who support them most. ❤️

Last night we enjoyed a team outing at the Woodchucks game, complete with our families, great baseball, lots of laughs, and kids having the best time together. Even though the game ended in extra innings with a loss, we had an absolute blast!

Thank you to the Wausau Woodchucks and the stadium crew for the outstanding hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

Small habits can lead to big changes. The next time you’re in the office, we’d love for you to join our Healthy Habits Challenge!

Choose one or more healthy habits to commit to for the next 4 weeks, then write your name on a sticky note and place it under your goal(s)!

💧 Drink at least ½ your body weight (in ounces) of water each day.
🌞 Spend at least 15 minutes outside every day.
😴 Average 7+ hours of sleep each night.
📚 Read 10 pages of a book every day.
🍎 Eat one extra fruit or vegetable each day.
😊 Smile or make someone laugh every day.

There are no prizes, just a fun way to encourage each other, build healthy habits, and celebrate progress together. We can’t wait to see our board fill up!

We’re excited to keep a fun tradition going, our Poland Chiropractic team is signing up for a local 5K again this year!

This one is extra special to us. Some of us in the office have personal connections to families in our local Down syndrome community, and this event supports GiGi's Playhouse, an incredible achievement center doing such meaningful work. It’s truly a great cause to be part of.

It’s a Glow 5K in June, and it’s more than just a run. There are tons of fun activities beforehand, especially for kids, like face painting, obstacle courses, and a kids dash.

If you’d like to join us, we would love that. You can run, walk, or just come enjoy the event. We’ll have a group walking together, so all paces are welcome.

Let us know if you’re in, we’d love to see some familiar faces there 💛💙
