August is National ASC Month so what do we do? We CELEBRATE the amazing staff that make Wausau Surgery Center great with Employee Appreciation Week. Our theme was a carnival because “This place would be a circus without you!” We enjoyed a special lunch from our friends at Dublin’s Paddy Wagon, Dilly bars and decorating badge reels that showcases everyone’s unique personality. Let’s get back to meeting our staff

💙 Meet Lucy Schmidt 💙 a member of our office staff!

Lucy has been working at the Wausau Surgery Center for five years! Her roll is administrative support for the office staff.

Lucy's favorite part about working here is getting to meet new people every day, along with having great coworkers. Everyone she works with is friendly and has a positive attitude. She said, "Everyone is like a big family."

What motivates Lucy every day is getting the chance to help people, accomplishing work, and knowing that she's making a difference.

Her piece of advice to everyone would be to love your job and be positive!
