Beautiful, natural-looking results often require a thoughtful plan—not just a single treatment.

This transformation was achieved through careful consultation, strategic filler placement and a customized treatment approach designed to enhance lower-face projection and support.

After discussing goals, expectations, and long-term options, the patient chose to begin with filler before ultimately moving forward with a chin implant for a more permanent result.

Patience, planning, and proper technique make all the difference.

This before-and-after is just 2 weeks apart. Botox placed between the brows and across the forehead helped soften existing lines and will prevent deeper wrinkles from forming.

✨ Subtle, natural and effective! ✨

Every face is unique, which is why each consultation is fully customized to your needs and concerns.

Before and after Dysport taken 2 weeks apart

✨ This patient came in wanting lip filler, but after a full-face assessment -- looking at symmetry, muscle movement, volume, and the patient's specific concerns -- it was clear that filler was not the first step to achieving the result she wanted.

The patient has a strong upward pull of the upper lip when smiling, which means adding filler alone would have not created natural-looking volume. Instead, the lips would have continued pulling up showing a very gummy smile. To correct the underlying cause, we started by strategically relaxing key muscles with Botox.

We also treated the muscle around the eyes to soften the skin's crinking and ensure the upper face matched the refreshed look of the lower face when smiling.

This approach creates harmony, balance and a more natural result-- and sets the foundation for filler later if needed.

Before and immediately post injections.

The beauty of subtle work is that it doesn't announce itself- it just enhances the vibe.

This result was achieved with 1 syringe of Volbella to the lips and etched wrinkles around the mouth.
