What a week!

Last week, our employees embraced the spirit of CAMP NCHC during Employee Celebration Week. From Bigfoot hunts and Trivia to our employee picnic, DIY dirt cup bar and beyond, the week was filled with fun, laughter, and opportunities to connect with coworkers.

Most importantly, it was our chance to celebrate the incredible people who make North Central Health Care such a special place.

Every day, our employees make a difference in the lives of those we serve, and Employee Celebration Week was one small way to say thank you for everything they do.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make CAMP NCHC a success. We hope you made some great memories, had a little fun, and felt appreciated because you truly are!

Behind every great caregiver is a commitment to learning...

Our Mount View Care Center nurses and CNAs recently participated in NCHC's Skills Refresher Course, rotating through hands-on stations to practice everything from safe lifts and wound care to oral care, tube feeding, dietary support and more.

It was a fun day of learning, teamwork, and skill-building, all with one goal in mind: providing the highest quality care for our residents.
