This is everything - your mindset, your worth, the way you speak to yourself, addictions, habits, money mindset, abundance, gratitude, the way you love, presence! ALL of it….good and bad.
I was someone who spent nearly a decade flooded with personal development and yes was running into the same patterns. Over and over. I would make light of enjoying the struggle bus. 🤪 Thankfully, it got old, I eventually hit a breaking point and started going to therapy. I knew I didn’t want to relive my childhood with my kids but didn’t understand why all the work wasn’t working, until I did.
It wasn’t until I worked on my nervous system that I realized the block wasn’t my effort or belief or my mindset, it was my nervous system not feeling safe to go to the next level!
The breakthroughs truly came when I found RESET Breathwork and mixed it in with brain spotting. It has allowed me to find a sense of FREEDOM that I was desperately trying to find. I have been able to rewire so many multigenerational ways of thinking, being and doing. I’ve been able to clearly see and stand in my truth of who I want to be as a partner, a mom, a friend, a safe space in the community and most importantly as ME. The journey is far from done and is always evolving but I feel so clear that this work is deeply important and can help so many others!
