A lifelong Fulton County resident, Dr. Bourn was born and raised in Wauseon and is honored to care for the community she calls home. She lives in Wauseon with her husband, Rob, and their five children.

As a primary care provider, Dr. Bourn cares for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to older adults, providing comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families throughout every stage of life.

In addition to providing compassionate primary care, Dr. Bourn has served as Medical Director for the Fulton County Health Department for more than 10 years, demonstrating a deep commitment to the health and well-being of our communities.

When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Bourn enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, boating, and biking with her family.

Mary Jo shares how Fulton Manor supports residents living with dementia through specialized staff training, personalized music therapy programs, and new initiatives designed to enhance quality of life. She also discusses plans for the Furry Friends Project, which would provide robotic companion pets to residents experiencing dementia, depression, or loneliness.

The conversation also highlights Fulton Manor's post-acute rehabilitation services, including specialized wound care, IV therapy, heart failure management, and convenient access to dialysis services, as well as opportunities for community members to get involved through volunteering.

Our new birth announcement sign is officially up and ready for families to celebrate their newest arrivals! Families can personalize the sign with their baby’s information, snap a photo, and share their special moment with family and friends.
