Can you hear your feet when you run? You shouldn’t.
If you’re stomping like a Clydesdale every stride, that impact is traveling straight up into your shins, knees, and hips.
(Side note: super shoes can make you louder too. Doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong, just something to notice.)
Try this on your next run: aim for quiet feet. Light, soft landings.
