We want to take a moment to recognize VOL Construction Company and its owner, Mitchell Ross.

Mitchell's vision was never just to build houses—it was to help rebuild lives. No More Tears Recovery was founded with a mission to help men overcome addiction and find a new way of life. As the program grew, Mitchell quickly realized that the income generated through the program alone would never be enough to cover the costs of housing, transportation, utilities, staffing, and the many expenses that come with helping people rebuild their lives.

That's when VOL Construction Company became more than a construction business. It became another way to support the mission of No More Tears Recovery.

Every project completed by VOL Construction Company helps support recovery efforts in our community. The work they do helps provide opportunities, resources, and stability for those fighting to change their lives.

❤️💙 CHD AWARENESS WEEK | WEAR RED FOR GRACIE LYNN 💙❤️

At No More Tears Recovery Inc., we are more than a program… we are a family.

And when one of our own is fighting, we fight with them.

This week kicks off Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week (CHD Week) — a week dedicated to raising awareness for the children and families impacted by CHD.

Congenital Heart Defects are the most common birth defect, affecting 1 in every 100 babies, and many require surgeries, hospital stays, and lifelong cardiac care.

This week is especially close to our hearts because of sweet Gracie Lynn — a true Warrior. ❤️

To some, it may look like Gracie lost the battle…
but the reality is, her legacy has brought more people to Christ than most of us will in our lifetime.

Her story is a testimony of faith, strength, and God’s presence — even in the hardest moments.

At No More Tears, we don’t just help people…
we become family.

We are beyond grateful to everyone who came out yesterday to support No More Tears Recovery at our lunch fundraiser. We truly had a blast, and our hearts are full. Your love, support, laughter, and generosity mean more than we can put into words.

A huge shoutout to Mrs. Carla for all her hard work and the love she pours into us. Events like this simply would not happen without amazing people like her who serve selflessly and give with their whole heart.
