Do your ankles feel stiff? Try this to check your ankle mobility.

The normal range of motion of the ankle during this test is 10-15 cm or 4-6 inches. This is the range of motion necessary for completing activities/exercises such as squatting, jogging/sprinting, descending stairs, and so much more.
