✨ First day of vacation = a total win! ✨

This week, I’m diving into my “staycation goals” with a mix of office projects, home refreshes, and some much-needed *me time.* 🌿💻🏡

Let’s be real: vacation doesn’t always mean hopping on a plane or hitting the road. Sometimes, the best reset comes right where you are—resting, recharging, and realigning with what truly matters.

What’s your favorite way to recharge? Drop your ideas below—I might add them to my list! ⬇️💡

✨ The Holidays & Disenfranchised Grief ✨

The holidays can be a joyful time, but for many, they can also surface feelings of loss or loneliness—especially if you’ve experienced estrangement or what’s known as disenfranchised grief. 💔

This article truly resonated, reminding me how important it is to honor ALL our emotions during this season. Whether your family connections look different now or you’re navigating unseen or unspoken grief, know this: your feelings are valid, and your journey matters.

According to ‘Psychology Today,’ at least one in four people experience estrangement from a family member, while another study found that one in 10 have cut off a parent or child.

Hey there, beautiful souls! 🌟 The holiday season is upon us, and while it can bring joy, it can also bring stress, especially for women juggling multiple roles. Here’s a gentle reminder: you don’t have to do it all, and your well-being matters. 💜

✨ Tips for Managing Holiday Stress ✨

1️⃣ Set Boundaries: It’s okay to say “no.” Protect your time and energy for what truly matters.

2️⃣ Budget Wisely: Don’t let financial pressure steal your peace. Thoughtful doesn’t have to mean expensive.

3️⃣ Create New Traditions: Not every family tradition has to continue. If it doesn’t serve you or your mental health, it’s okay to let it go.

4️⃣ Make Time for You: Schedule moments of stillness or joy—whether it’s sipping tea, journaling, or a solo Target run (yes, those count!).

5️⃣ Ask for Help: If the load feels too heavy, lean on your community. Asking for support is a strength, not a weakness.

Remember, it’s okay to feel both joy and stress during the holidays. Give yourself grace—you’re doing your best, and that’s more than enough. 💕

What are some ways you plan to prioritize yourself this season? Let’s share and support each other in the comments.
