Hi, my name is Blake! I was born and raised in Michigan and recently relocated to Texas with my family. We have two wonderful children, a 3-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter. Outside of the studio, you can usually find us exploring the outdoors, checking out local art, or catching live music.

I specialize in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, backed by additional training in joint mobilization. I am most passionate about clinical and results-driven work with clients who are dealing with specific pain or mobility issues. While I do offer relaxation sessions, my true passion lies in targeted, therapeutic massage.

Cupping therapy is my favorite add-on. When integrated correctly with a therapeutic session, it is an incredibly effective tool for releasing stubborn tension and improving tissue mobility.

I frequently recommend targeted self-care tools like a foam roller or a trigger point hook, depending on the specific area we are treating. Adding a gentle yoga practice to your weekly routine is also fantastic for maintaining your progress.
