🌞 TEXAS HEAT REMINDER 🌞

💧 Stay Hydrated, Stay Healthy! 💧

The Texas summer heat can sneak up on anyone, especially older adults. Dehydration can lead to dizziness, weakness, confusion, and an increased risk of falls.

✅ Drink water throughout the day—even if you don’t feel thirsty.
✅ Limit time outdoors during peak afternoon heat.
✅ Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing.
✅ Watch for signs of dehydration such as dry mouth, fatigue, dark urine, or dizziness.

Free lunch in Waxahachie!

The LYN food trailer is serving FREE lunches this week in the parking lot of Foodland grocery store. Address is: 610 Ferris Ave., Waxahachie. Lunch will be served from 11am until 1:00pm from Wed., 6/10 through Saturday., 6/13. Bring your families. Bring you friends. Our volunteers look forward to serving you!
