⚾⭐ We have an ALL-STAR at Daymark!

On this week’s Mondays with Molly, Nataley shares some pretty exciting news—she’s been selected to play in the All-Star Game in Frisco! 🎉

From growing up at the baseball field watching her dad coach to becoming a competitive Miracle League athlete herself, Nataley has worked hard for this moment. And if you know Nataley, you know she’s VERY competitive. 😉💪

How do we beat the Texas heat at Daymark Living? We make the most of it! 😎💦

When temperatures soar, our residents keep the fun going with a few smart adjustments:

🌿 We tackle outdoor projects in short, cooler spurts.
🎬 We head to the movies for an afternoon of fun in the A/C.
💧 We throw hydration parties to stay healthy and refreshed.
🏊 And of course... we cool off with plenty of time in the pool!

At Daymark Living, every day is about creating meaningful experiences while keeping the health, safety, and well-being of our residents first. Whether we're building independence, making memories, or simply finding creative ways to stay active during a Texas heat wave, there's always something to smile about.

This week on Mondays with Molly, Cindy shares highlights from Daymark Living's trip to the National Down Syndrome Congress Annual Convention in Orlando.

From volunteering and making new friends to traveling independently, managing her Type 1 diabetes with confidence, and even riding her very first roller coaster at Disney World, Cindy's story is filled with courage, growth, and joy.

This week on Mondays with Molly, we're taking you behind the scenes of our unforgettable adventure at the 2026 National Down Syndrome Congress Annual Convention! 💙✈️

What an incredible week it was!

From traveling to Orlando and meeting amazing families to volunteering, sharing our Daymark story, learning from inspiring speakers, making lifelong friendships, and wrapping it all up with a little Disney magic... our hearts are so full.

Every conversation reminded us why we're passionate about helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, meaningful friendships, and lives filled with purpose.

That’s a wrap on Disney! 🏰☔️✨

After three incredible days at the National Down Syndrome Congress Conference, the Daymark crew traded the convention center for a day full of Disney magic! 💙

We laughed, spun through the teacups, soaked in the sights, and even got soaked by the weather! 🌧️😂 We like to say it rained "mice and elephants!" 🐭🐘 But not even the rain could wash away the smiles.

These are the moments that make memories for a lifetime—sharing adventures, trying new things, and celebrating friendship every step of the way.

Now it's time to head home with full hearts, unforgettable memories, and maybe just a few soggy shoes. 💙✨

Day 3 at the National Down Syndrome Congress Annual Convention was one to remember! 💙

Dr. Molly had the privilege of presenting "A Roadmap for Supporting Your Loved One with Special Needs as They Mature," and we were especially proud to have Kate, Michael, and Cindy join her on stage.

They shared their personal journeys of moving from home to Daymark—the excitement, the challenges, the emotions, and the incredible friendships they've built along the way. Their honesty, courage, and joy reminded everyone that independence looks different for every person, but no one has to walk the journey alone.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make today's session so meaningful.

After an incredible day volunteering at the NDSC Conference, our Daymark crew wrapped up the evening with taco night and some well-earned time to relax. Days like these are even better when they’re shared with great friends!
