Foods like melons and tomatoes can sit out at a picnic for however long without going bad. 🍉🍅
Answer... Myth!
Perishable foods shouldn't sit out for more than two hours, and if it's above 90 degrees one hour. Keep them chilled in a cooler or in the refrigerator for grazing later instead of on the table. 🧊

Prediabetes affects more than 2 in 5 United States adults and is a serious health condition.
Prediabetes is when you have high blood sugar, just not high enough to be considered type 2 diabetes. Good news though, prediabetes is reversable!
