During Vascular Laser Therapy, a thin laser fiber is inserted into the diseased vein. The physician delivers controlled laser energy through the fiber, causing the vein to seal closed.

Once the vein is closed, blood is naturally redirected through nearby healthy veins, improving circulation and relieving symptoms.

Most patients experience little to no pain during sclerotherapy. You may feel a brief pinch or mild stinging sensation as the solution is injected into the vein, but any discomfort is typically minimal and lasts only a few seconds.
