I wanted to take a moment away from our regularly scheduled posts today.

I’m traveling right now, and when I heard what was happening back home in our little town, my heart broke.

My heart broke for those children. For their parents and families. For the teachers and staff. For everyone who experienced the fear and uncertainty of today, and for our entire community.

As a mom of two school-aged children myself, I couldn’t hold back the tears reading everyone’s posts and updates from home. Something no parent ever wants to imagine became very real for so many people in our community today.

I know there are no words and certainly no small gesture that can make what happened today okay. But I keep thinking about so many of our clients who have children in that school, and I want to offer what we can.

For the remainder of this month, we would like to offer complimentary infrared sauna sessions to parents, teachers, school staff, first responders, and anyone in our community directly affected by today’s events.

Not because a sauna can fix what you’re feeling, but because sometimes you just need a quiet place to be.

A place to breathe.
A place to cry if you need to.
A place to sit in silence.
A little time where nobody needs anything from you.

There is no expectation to talk about what happened and no explanation needed. Just a private space and a little bit of time for yourself, from us to you.

We love this community. We’re hurting alongside you, and this is simply one small way we know how to show up. 🤍

Staunton Montessori School’s Silent Auction is LIVE, and there are SO many incredible goodies up for grabs!

Wild & Free donated a couple of our own self-care favorites, and we’re in some pretty amazing company. ✨ The auction is filled with experiences, gift certificates, date nights, wellness, local art, family fun, and some seriously beautiful packages donated by businesses throughout our community.
