Weather Closure Notice

Due to hazardous weather conditions, including snow and ice. Prime Physical Therapy will be closed Monday, January 26th for the safety of our patients and staff.

We plan to reopen on Tuesday, but will continue to assess road conditions and provide further updates as needed.
