On this Labor Day, Givens Communities takes the opportunity to thank our team members for their hard work and dedication that makes us the best in senior living.

Givens Communities is made up of five distinct communities — Givens Estates and Givens Ge**er Park in Asheville, Givens Highland Farms in Black Mountain, Givens Great Laurels in Waynesville, and Givens Aldersgate in Charlotte — as well as aging-in-place programs and local outreach.

Givens Great Laurels honors the men and women of U.S. Armed Forces who were wounded or killed in combat while serving their country and were recognized recently upon National Purple Heart Day.
First bestowed by General George Washington in 1782, the Purple Heart stands as our Nation’s oldest military decoration. To the recipients counted among our residents, team members, friends and family, we offer heartfelt gratitude.
